Our Approach
My name is Shari Pol, I formed the Social Innovation Studio to guide organisations and communities to create social value together.
My PhD research in social innovation revealed a critical gap: organisations and communities need better support to collaborate and generate social impact.
Too many organisations I've worked with are stuck in a cycle of responding to squeaky wheels, spending all of their efforts addressing symptoms rather than broader systemic issues, or implementing ineffective community engagement and impact activities.
Mostly because they don't have the right tools and expertise to support them to deliver effective community engagement and impactful social change projects.
Drawing on 10+ years of consulting experience with government agencies, not-for-profits, and private companies, I've navigated the practical challenges of social change first-hand.
I equip organisations with proven tools and guide you through tailored processes to effectively engage with communities, identify social needs and opportunities to create social value, and implement actions that result in meaningful and sustained social outcomes.
